Quality Process

First article inspection is must done every day. Only when first article is qualified, can we began the formal production in order to the integrity of manufacture procedure..		The factory system of self-checking and mutual-checking is carried out between production line workers.		In order to ensure the effectiveness of production performance, we take all kinds of tests of environment simulation according the application environments,		Before delivery, each product need to be taken spot check on by OQC, according Delivery Standard of OQC. Only when it is qualified, can it be delivered.
